Job Title: Flooring Warehouse Admin Assistant
Location Waukee
Job Description:
  • Receive incoming products materials as delivered.
    • Perform a detailed check-in by comparing actual product delivered vs packing list and mark packing list accordingly
    • Print tagging labels and tag all product appropriately
    • Stage product in designated warehouse location and notate location on the packing list
    • Communicate with sales team on any discrepancies
    • Follow up with sales team and vendors until all product is delivered to us in full.
  • Maintain stock inventory by labeling and placing materials and supplies in designated areas.
  • Operate forklift as needed, in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Assist warehouse manager with inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with other duties as assigned
