Brian Knight joined Gilcrest/Jewett’s Waukee location in 2025 and quickly made an impact as part of the outside sales team. After years in a different line of work, Brian decided it was time for a change—and found his fit in the building materials industry.
Brian defines himself as a “road warrior.” He spends much of his time on the road, meeting with customers and connecting with new ones. His days are focused on building relationships and ensuring every project has what it needs to move forward smoothly.
One of his favorite products to recommend is Hardie Siding for its dependable performance and timeless look.
He says his best strengths are positivity and drive—two qualities that keep him focused on customer satisfaction. Brian’s personal philosophy is simple: “Treat others with the same respect I’d expect to receive. No customer is ever too small.”
When he’s not working, Brian enjoys spending time at the lake and golfing.
