Door & Window Shop Manager
Dillon Martelli has been part of the Gilcrest/Jewett Lumber Company team for 16 years,
and his journey is a true example of growing from the ground up.
Dillon started with us as summer help working as a driver’s helper, then moved on to
driving pickup for deliveries, receiving and shipping in the door & window shop,
exterior door builder, and now serves as our Door & Window Shop Manager. His
very first role in the door and window shop was receiving windows and doors from
various vendors—experience that still serves him well today.
There’s no such thing as a “typical day” for Dillon. He manages people across
production, receiving, and shipping, keeping everything moving smoothly. What he
enjoys most? Working with people and helping others succeed. His deep
knowledge of workflow—and having worked so many key roles—has shaped the way
he leads his team.
Dillon says he’s most proud of working his way into the position he holds today and
appreciates the continued opportunity to grow with the company.
Outside of work, you’ll find Dillon cruising on the ocean or spending quality time with
his wife and kids
