This quarter we’re highlighting Mark Rush from Gilcrest/Jewett Lumber Company!
Mark has been with GJ for 5 years and serves as our Yard Supervisor. His typical day starts by opening the store, followed by helping customers, loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders—and of course, grabbing some coffee to keep things moving.
When it comes to the GJ Team, Mark appreciates that everyone steps in to help when it’s needed, making the yard run smoothly day in and day out. Mark takes great pride in the organization of the yard, ensuring everything is efficient, easy to find, and ready to keep jobs moving for both the team and customers.
Shingles are Mark’s go-to. He enjoys working with them because they’re a key part of many projects and play a big role in protecting and finishing a home.
