This month we’re featuring Michael Levine, who has been part of the team at Gilcrest/Jewett Lumber Company for 6½ years!
Michael started as a Driver Helper, then moved into a Non-CDL Driver role, and is now a CDL Driver. His typical day? In his words — “RUSH, RUSH!” Delivering doors, windows, and trim to keep projects moving.
What Michael enjoys most about his job is traveling around Iowa and seeing different things along the way. He also values the friendships and camaraderie he’s built with the team. One accomplishment he’s especially proud of is earning his CDL license. And if you ask him what loads he likes most, it’s window loads!
